The Volunteer Program Assessment at the University of South Florida (USF-VPA) is composed of a volunteer team of USF faculty and students dedicated to serving the community. We offer free standardized consulting services to non-profit organizations that use volunteer employees in an effort to improve the experiences of volunteers and to enhance organizational effectiveness through the application of the science of industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology.
